A range of accessories for use with the Guildline Autosal and Portasal salinometers
This peristaltic pump unit has been designed and performance tested
for improved sample handling on all Guildline Salinometers.
The pump is housed in a robust, water-tight casing and is operated
from a 12 volt DC supply. It is easily installed on any Autosal or
Portasal Salinometers and there is no need to alter the internal
pumps, plumbing or wiring. Using the pump increases the sample
throughput by up to 30% allowing for improved sample handling.
The ACI-2017 Autosal Computer Interface is a solid state interface unit which connects directly to the BCD output of Guildline’s Autosal Salinometer, allowing real-time data collection during analysis. Data can be collected, processed and stored using OSIL’s ACI-2017 software which is included with each interface box.
The software operates in Windows and allows data to be downloaded ‘live’ directly to a computer. The data, in spreadsheet format, may be stored, printed or exported to other packages (eg. Excel). The ACI-2017 system increases data recording quality and decreases analysis time by removing the need to manually record data.
A software package from OSIL which allows automated data collection from the Guildline Portasal Salinometer. The package allows the user to log data from the Portasal directly to a PC, increasing data recording quality and decreasing analysis time by removing the need to manually record data.
Communication with your Portasal is easy with the PDL1. It connects to the RS232 port (cable included) and offers two-way communication with the Portasal software, enabling users to collect and calculate data automatically. The software runs in a Windows environment on a PC and on-screen prompts guide the operator through the analysis. Statistical analysis is produced automatically for each dataset.
This latest accessory for the Portasal brings further benefits in accuracy for field studies using the portable salinometer.
