Automatic SVP & CTD Casting, Charging & Data Transfer for USV
An extremely compact and programmable profiling winch for Autonomous Surface Vehicles, complete with a wireless charging and WiFi data transfer system for an AML-3 LGR instrument.
The winch employs direct drive and is equipped with a transparent interface for motor control and feedback.
The system can provide notification of successful docking and zeroing of the winch position in addition to payout readings, and is fitted with a level wind and an automatic internal brake.
The AML-3 series is a highly configurable family of multiparameter sondes designed for a wide range of data collection applications, and can be configured with a range of sensor options including:
